Cancelation Policy
Notification of cancelation must be received 24 hours in advance by phone. Clients who cancel their reservations within 24 hours will not incur a fee the first time; subsequent cancelations will be charged the full cost of the session scheduled. No shows will be regarded as cancelations. A practitioner is not required to wait longer than 15 minutes. If you are tardy for your appointment by 15 minutes or more the therapist has the right to leave the site or refuse service, and cancelation policies apply. Remember if you are not available 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment, in order to fill out the appropriate paperwork, and allow set up time, it could cut into your treatment time.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Cancelation policies will apply.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
